Our IT support does not run hourly, all Tier 1 and 2 IT support to your company and employees are covered under your support plan. Special projects such as programming, web design, SEO, or implementation of new systems with Tier 3 engineering require additional planning and fees.
We leave this option up to the client. While some of our larger clients require contracts and we're happy to provide those, the majority of our clients are on month-to-month plan. This allows you to control the monthly budget through the gain or loss of staff members.
With many clients located outside of Florida, this has never been an issue for either party. The majority of our work is done remotely; however, in an emergency situation we are available to come on-site.
While many of our clients utilize us as a fully managed Tier 1 and 2 IT team, we also work with clients who have an IT staff but are looking for help with additional services such as design or infrastructure Tier 3 engineering. We fill in the gaps where your company needs additional support.
